A pharmacy platform built by one person, for the pharmacies no one else is building for.

Why this exists

My uncle runs a pharmacy delivery company. For the last few years I watched him juggle a spreadsheet of stops, a pile of printed manifests, a group chat with drivers, and a courier vendor that charged by the mile and didn’t share route data. Every evening was a reconciliation exercise.

The tools that existed were either built for huge national chains (and priced accordingly) or white-labeled rideshare software that didn’t understand pharmacy — no HIPAA posture, no concept of copays, no way to keep medication names off a driver’s screen. So I built the thing I’d want him to use.

Who it’s for

Independent pharmacies and regional pharmacy chains that:

• Run their own drivers or work with a dedicated courier partner
• Want to know exactly where packages are without calling a dispatcher
• Care about HIPAA posture, not just HIPAA marketing
• Would rather pay a flat monthly number than a per-mile invoice that doubles in December

If you’re a national chain running thousands of daily deliveries — we can probably still help, but you’ll want to talk before committing.

What we won’t do

• Show drivers medication names. Ever. Minimum-necessary PHI is a hard rule in the product, not a setting.
• Claim compliance we don’t have. Our Trust Center lists what’s live, what’s in progress, and what’s not on the roadmap.
• Hide pricing. Our tiers, delivery caps, and overage rates are public. A sales call shouldn’t be a prerequisite for a number.
• Lock your data in. Pharmacy admins can export their tenant’s data as a ZIP of CSVs any time, from Settings → Data.

How we’re funded

Bootstrapped. No venture capital, no outside investors, no obligation to grow at a pace that would force us to cut corners on compliance or security. Revenue comes from customer subscriptions. That’s it.

Practically, this means two things. First, pricing has to be fair enough that pharmacies actually pay it — so it is. Second, we don’t have a sales team that needs to hit a quarterly number, so nobody here is incentivized to sell you a tier you don’t need.
