ScriptRun SMS Program

ScriptRun is a HIPAA-compliant prescription delivery platform operated by MonkeyWolf Digital LLC for licensed pharmacies. Patients who have opted in through their pharmacy receive strictly transactional SMS notifications about their own active prescription deliveries. ScriptRun does not send marketing or promotional SMS to patients, and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Patients Opt In

Opt-in is collected at the pharmacy before any message is sent. Consent is logged in the pharmacy's patient record system and synchronized to ScriptRun so that no SMS is sent without a recorded consent for the corresponding patient profile. Patients may opt in through either of the two documented methods below.

Method 1 — In-person verbal opt-in at the pharmacy counter

The pharmacist reads the following script verbatim and records the patient's verbal consent, along with the date and pharmacist initials, in the patient's profile:

“Would you like to receive SMS notifications from [Pharmacy Name] about your prescription deliveries, including dispatch alerts, a live tracking link, delivery confirmations, and failed-delivery notices? Message frequency is approximately 2–4 messages per delivery. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing.”

Method 2 — Written opt-in on the patient intake form

The patient intake form includes a dedicated SMS consent checkbox, signed and dated by the patient. The checkbox label reads:

“☐ I consent to receive transactional SMS from [Pharmacy Name] via ScriptRun about my prescription deliveries. Msg frequency ~2–4 per delivery. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. HELP for help.”

Messages Patients Receive

SMS is limited to the following transactional notifications about the patient's own active prescription deliveries:

• Hi John, your delivery from Smith's Family Pharmacy is on its way! Track live: https://scriptrun.app/track/abc123 Reply STOP to opt out.
• Hi John, your delivery from Smith's Family Pharmacy is complete. Thank you. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Hi John, we couldn't complete your delivery from Smith's Family Pharmacy. Please contact the pharmacy for redelivery. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Hi John, your Smith's Family Pharmacy delivery will arrive in approximately 15 minutes. Track: https://scriptrun.app/track/abc123 Reply STOP to opt out.
• Hi John, Smith's Family Pharmacy has sent a secure payment link for your prescription copay: https://scriptrun.app/pay/abc123 Reply STOP to opt out.

Program Details

• Message frequency: approximately 2–4 messages per delivery.
• Message and data rates may applyper the patient's mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. A final confirmation is sent and no further messages are delivered unless the patient re-subscribes.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@scriptrun.app.
• Supported carriers:AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Sharing

Mobile information and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Patient phone numbers are used only to deliver the transactional notifications described above. ScriptRun acts as a HIPAA Business Associate to participating pharmacies; full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
